A downloadable game

A submission for the MS-DOS game jam #2.

It's a single playable level using the arrow keys to control a character.  The objective is to find the secret documents without being detected by the guards or cameras.

It should run on a 286, but I don't have that hardware on which to test it!  Let me know if it works for you!

UPDATE: There was a problem which caused this to run with a completely blank screen on anything except DOSBox 0.74 and FreeDOS.  I've updated the zip with a fix tested in DOSBox, DOSBox-X and PCem (Pentium 133).  Please let me know if you have any problems running it!

Install instructions

Requires a DOS system or emulator to play (e.g. DOSBox).

In DOSBox: 

  1. download the zip
  2. extract it to a folder.
  3. Run DOSBox
  4. mount the folder you extracted the zip contents to
  5. type 'deusHeis.exe' and hit ENTER

On real DOS system:

  1. You figured out how to set up a DOS system.  I am sure you can figure this one out too. :)
